Fee Information

Frequency

Counselling sessions usually take place weekly or fortnightly. If you work shifts, we will work our sessions around this.

Assessment

The initial session is an assessment session with no obligation to begin therapy - at the end we will discuss together if counselling with me is right for you.

Cancellation Policy

Counselling/Supervision sessions cancelled with less than 48hrs notice are charged at a full session rate.
