Training, Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified to Level 5 as a person-centred counsellor, Carol has undertaken 4 years formal training and has been in clinical practice for 3 years.
Carol works in several modalities including person centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy.

Training, Qualifications & Experience:
Beth has an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Post Graduate Diploma in Family Focused Practice and a L5 Certificate in Relational Therapy (Couples Therapy). Beth is a qualified Systemic Family Practitioner and Clinical Supervisor.
Beth's approach is person centred, psychotherapeutic and creative. She works therapeutically to understand emotional dynamics and communication patterns, assisting couples and individuals in identifying harmful patterns and exploring triggers behind relationship difficulties to improve communication and achieve realistic goals.
Beth has extensive experience working with clients who present with neurodivergent traits using an approach that is inclusive and tailored to clients' unique needs.
