About Carol

Carol is an experienced counsellor who supports adults online and via telephone therapy.

 

Carol offers an informal, friendly and confidential space and is skilled in listening to clients; helping them to navigate their way through life's difficulties.

​

Carol is an accredited member of the The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and abides to their ethical framework for good practice.

​

Training, Qualifications & Experience:

​

Qualified to Level 5 as a person-centred counsellor, Carol has undertaken 4 years formal training and has been in clinical practice for 3 years. 

​

Carol works in several modalities including person centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy. 

​

It is Carol's belief that anyone can make small changes to improve their lives but may not know how until they meet their counsellor.

About Lynsey

Lynsey is an experienced integrative counsellor who supports adults and couples online.

​

Whether you are an individual or or a couple, Lynsey offers a safe, supportive, and non judgemental space where you can explore what's holding you back and begin to find a way forward. Together you'll work towards creating balance and clarity. 

​

Lynsey is an accredited member of the The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and abides to their ethical framework for good practice.

 

Training, Qualifications & Experience:

​

Lynsey has a diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling and specialist diploma in couples counselling. 

 

With a background in health and social care and a strong commitment to supporting people's mental wellbeing, Lynsey has worked with organisations such as Mind and Cruse bereavement.

 

As an integrative counsellor, Lynsey's work combines elements of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy (SFT), mindfulness practice and trauma informed approaches to meet the needs of her clients.

​

Lynsey believes that everyone is the expert in their own life - sometimes, we just need a little guidance to see things more clearly. Life should feel enjoyable and fulfilling, not dominated by stress or uncertainty.
